All as wild as could be, we bought them all, None of them had been handled, We had them halter broke in two weeks and three years later we are using all of them for ranch horses, one is a palomino mare, she is four years old now, we can put my daughter with cerebral palsy on her and this mare will pack her all over the place safely, The colts we get out of this guy are trustworthy and honest, they are super easy to break and are anxious to be ridden, he throws mostly palominos and the dispositons can't be beat. He was a super investment and so were his colts. they are all great ranch horses, we can take them out and herd cows all day rope off them and they still have stamina after a full day. So we decided to keep the skookum line in our program, they have massive hips, balance, good bone and great dispositons. I have a picture of skookum flash running barrels I will be putting on here for reference to the above mare. watch for pics of her first foal out of our pepto stud in the spring. Unfortunately her Dam RikiTikiTuffOne passed away last year at 29 years old but she left us this great filly. We had a blood analysis done on RikitikiTuffOne and she was tested at 61.816% foundation bred. We will miss her. We will be keeping all fillies out of this mare. I am standing firm on the lines we keep and what we are breeding, I know each mare and stallion personally and have seen there abilities, They have to have great dispositions, temperments, willingness to learn, and no bad attributes or they get sold. We do not breed bad to worse, Breeding is meant to breed for the best and that is what we strive for. If I can't put my disabled daughter or my seven year old on our broke horses and trust them, they aren't worth keeping, I truly believe this.
